Standard Coverage
We provide a one-year warranty for the internal PCB and core electronics, or DOA coverage if the product arrives damaged without any modifications.
Limited-Time Lifetime Warranty (Orders placed Nov 1–Nov 30, 2025)
Orders placed between Nov 1, 2025 and Nov 30, 2025 (inclusive) on our official store are eligible for lifetime after-sales support for the internal PCB and core electronics.
Conditions
- The product has not been opened, disassembled, modified, or had parts replaced (including third-party switches/PCBs/cables/firmware).
- The issue is non-human damage and occurs under normal, intended use.
Goodwill Support for Modified Units
- If damage results from user modification or disassembly, it is not covered by the warranty.
- As a gesture of goodwill, we offer free remote technical guidance (diagnostics, re-assembly tips, firmware recovery advice, etc.). Any replacement parts or shipping—if chosen—are at customer cost.
Exclusions (non-exhaustive)
- Damage due to improper use, accidents, liquid ingress, impact, unauthorized repairs, over-voltage, or non-official firmware.
- Cosmetic wear (e.g., keycap shine, minor scratches) and consumables.
How to Request Service
Please email photos or a short video of the issue, along with your order number (and serial number, if available) to director@luminkey.com. We will review and, at our discretion, repair or replace the covered part/unit.

- Warranty eligibility is based on the order timestamp recorded by our store system.
- Unless required by local law, warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
