Valid for Luminkey Official Website Orders Only · 仅限 Luminkey 官网订单
English Version
This Lifetime Warranty applies only to eligible Luminkey keyboard products purchased through the official Luminkey website.
- The warranty takes effect only when the product and warranty are purchased together in the same order.
- Each order provides Lifetime Warranty coverage for one (1) eligible product only.
- This policy is valid only for official website orders and cannot be transferred or reused.
Eligible Luminkey keyboards are covered if they become non-functional or fail under normal use.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental drops or physical impacts
- Improper use or operation
- Unauthorized disassembly or modifications
- Liquid intrusion or extreme environmental exposure
How to Request Service
- Contact customer support before sending any item.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/screenshots of the issue.
- We will first offer online troubleshooting and the best possible solution.
Customers cover round-trip shipping costs. Luminkey will provide free repairs or replacement parts for warranty-covered issues.

- 终身质保仅在产品与质保权益随订单一同下单时自动生效。

不在质保范围
以下情况不属于终身质保范围：
- 意外跌落、碰撞等物理损坏
- 不当使用或错误操作导致的故障
- 拆机、改装或未经授权的维修
- 液体侵入、极端环境造成的损坏
售后服务流程
- 寄回前请先联系客服确认是否符合质保。
- 提供订单号及能展示问题的照片/截图。
- 客服会优先进行线上排查，并提供最佳解决方案。
客户需承担往返运费；Luminkey 将提供免费维修或更换零件（在符合质保条件的前提下）。
