Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel such purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are paying the full amount at checkout for a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. Your order guarantees priority allocation once the product becomes available.

Pre-orders can be canceled before the order has been fulfilled (shipped or prepared for dispatch). Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund according to our Returns Policy.
