We would like to inform you that we will be on Chinese New Year holiday from February 8 to February 24. During this period, please note the following:

  • 🚚 Shipping delays:
    Orders may experience delays in processing and shipment during the holiday.

     

    We will stop shipping on February 8.

    If you encounter issues placing an order, such as with the Magger68 series, where stock appears available but you cannot complete the purchase, it is very likely that the items are currently only in our U.S. warehouse and can only be ordered from the U.S. region. This is the most common reason for order restrictions.

    If the issue is not related to this, please leave a message in our backend private message system or email us at Email:director@luminkey.com

    We will review and process all inquiries in order.

  • 💬 Customer support & logistics replies:
    Responses to after-sales inquiries and logistics-related questions may be slower than usual. Please rest assured that we will reply to all messages as soon as we see them.We will get back to you by February 25 at the latest.

  • 📦 Logistics updates:
    If your package is moving slowly or has not arrived yet, please don’t worry. Some logistics providers will also be on holiday during this time. You’re welcome to leave us a message, and we will follow up for you.

Normal operations will resume on February 25, and we will process all orders and messages as quickly as possible.
