Cancel Your Order

If your order (general item) has not been shipped, please contact us at director@luminkey.com to request a cancellation.
We will reply within 24 working hours.

  • If the cancellation is due to personal reasons, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations for customized items. Please consider carefully before placing an order.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

General item:

-Within 7 calendar days of product delivery and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Please send us proof that the product is in good condition):
We are able to offer you the full refund of the product however you would be responsible for paying the shipping fees (including taxes incurred during transportation) and up to a 5% transaction fee.
If the product has traces of use or artificial damage, we will NOT return the product.

-Within 7 calendar days of product delivery and the product arrive defective or damaged:
Please notify us as soon as possible and we are able to offer you the full refund including the shipping fees and transaction fees.

  • As a friendly reminder, returns or exchanges are no longer available after 7 days. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Customized item:

within 3 calendar days of product delivery and the product arrive defective or damaged: please notify us as soon as possible and we are able to offer you the full refund including the shipping fees and transaction fees.

If you find yourself in one of these situations then please contact us via email at director@luminkey.com with a proof of purchase for detailed return instructions. We will reply you in 2 working days. Due to the intractable nature of international shipping we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you in 5 business days that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 calendar day.

If unfortunately you haven’t received a refund after 14 calendar days of the approval, please first check with your bank as the transaction may take a while to be officially posted. If you still haven’t received it after another 7 calendar days please contact us at director@luminkey.com.

Promotion item

Unfortunately these items will not be refunded after shipment.
