Help with orders, shipping, returns, warranty and product support
Orders & Payment
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and other options available at checkout.
If your order has not been shipped, you can request a cancellation by emailing director@luminkey.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours (business days) and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to multiple regions worldwide. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your address.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available). For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your local regulations.
If your tracking information appears delayed or stuck, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Refunds
General items
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is in the original packaging
- You can provide proof that the product is in good condition
In this case, we can offer a full product refund. You are responsible for shipping costs (including any taxes incurred during transportation) and up to a 5% transaction fee.
Items with signs of use or intentional damage cannot be returned.
If the product arrives defective or damaged within 7 calendar days of delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. We can offer a full refund including shipping and transaction fees.
Customized items
Custom or made-to-order items can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged and you contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. In this case, we can provide a full refund including shipping and transaction fees.
To start a return, please email us at director@luminkey.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the item. We will reply within 2 business days with detailed instructions.
Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty offers long-term support for eligible Luminkey keyboards purchased from our official website. The warranty is tied to the product when it is purchased in the same order, and each order covers one (1) eligible keyboard.
What is covered
- Non-functional keyboards under normal use
- Operational failures not caused by user damage
- Repairs or replacement parts due to natural component failure
What is not covered
- Accidental drops, collisions, or physical impact
- Improper use, misuse, or incorrect operation
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repairs
- Liquid intrusion or extreme environmental exposure
- Damage caused by abusive or non-standard usage
How to request warranty support
Please prepare your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue, then contact:
Our support team will review your case, provide online troubleshooting, and suggest the best solution, such as guidance, repair, or replacement parts. If a physical return is required, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, while we provide free repair service or replacement parts for eligible warranty cases.
